Bluewater Leisure Centre is Colac Otway Shire's premier aquatic and recreation centre.

The centre boasts an indoor 25 meter swimming pool, gymnasium, three indoor sports courts, group fitness program rooms, spa, steam room, childcare and meeting rooms. Programs on offer include an array of group fitness programs such as HIIT, spin, Stadium strength and boxing, aquatic programs such as aqua moves, aqua balance and aqua logix, learn to swim for all levels, bootcamp and more...

📝🏊‍♀️2026 ARV Regional Conference - Stronger Together

Last week, our coordinators Rhi and Sam, along with Manager Trent, attended the Aquatics and Recreation Victoria Regional Conference.
It was a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the latest developments in the industry and connect with peers across the region.
A particular highlight was the site tours of some fantastic new centres emerging around our region including Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation Centre & North Bellarine Aquatic Centre. It’s truly inspiring to see these vibrant facilities taking shape, offering exciting new opportunities for our community to stay active and healthy.
