Our residents enjoyed a wonderful morning starting with some seated exercises to keep active, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing. This was followed by a delicious morning tea with homemade pumpkin and honey bread.
To finish off our morning, we played"I Packed My Bags", encouraging conversation, memory recall and social connection.
A lovely morning spent staying active, engaged, and enjoying each other's company.

🌱 Look at our community vegetable garden 🌱
We’ve been enjoying watching the garden thrive, with broccoli, cabbage, silverbeet, beetroot and bok choy all growing strong.

Huge congratulations to our team member Ellen and her family on becoming Australian citizens today! Ellen and the entire Mabulac family are a wonderful part of the Coleambally community, and management, residents, and staff are delighted to officially welcome them as "Aussies."
