Last night Dale and I had the pleasure of attending the 2026 South32 Collie Business Awards.

While AJM Support Work didn't take home the Service Business Award this year, I am incredibly proud to have been named a finalist alongside so many outstanding local businesses. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists. It was wonderful to celebrate the achievements, hard work and dedication of businesses across our community.

A special thank you to Dale for his constant support, encouragement and belief in me. I couldn't do any of this without you by my side.

To my amazing clients, dedicated employees, family, friends and the wider Collie community, thank you for your ongoing support and trust. Your encouragement is what allows AJM Support Work to continue growing and supporting people throughout our community.

Being recognised as a finalist is an achievement in itself and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a strong and supportive business community.

Still wrapping my head around this one. Seeing AJM Support Work announced as a finalist for the
Service Business Award alongside some incredibly heavily established local businesses is such an honour.

So grateful for every client, family member, staff member, supporter, and person who has backed this little business over the years. What started with a vision and a whole lot of heart has grown into something pretty special.

No matter what happens on awards night, this recognition alone means the world.

Hey everyone, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself for all our new followers and families here on the page.

I’m Adelle, owner of AJM Support Work.

AJM was built from a genuine passion for supporting people to live life their way while creating meaningful connections, confidence, independence and plenty of laughs along the way.

What started as a passion has grown into something I am incredibly proud of, with an amazing team, wonderful clients and so many unforgettable experiences shared together.

At AJM Support Work we believe support is more than just appointments and routines. It is about building trust, creating memories, encouraging goals and making people feel valued, included and supported every step of the way.

Whether it’s community access, adventures, events, everyday support or simply being there when needed most, we love what we do.

We would love to see you there for our free community roadshow. Even if none of the workshops are quite right for you, you are still welcome to pop in, say hello, ask questions, or learn more about what we do.

This is a chance to connect, share information, and support people with disability, families, carers, workers, providers, and community members to feel more confident about rights, services, and support.

Today we were lucky enough to attend along side the WA Disabled Sports Association Inc Rev Heads Xperience out at the Collie Motorplex … and what an incredible day it was!
From doing laps of the track to heading out onto the burnout pad, there was no shortage of excitement and adrenaline.
The atmosphere was something else. So many chats had, so many new people met, and plenty of laughs shared along the way. It was one of those days where you could just feel the energy and enjoyment from everyone involved.
Opportunities like this are what it’s all about, creating experiences, building confidence, and making connections in the community.
It’s an annual event, and safe to say… AJM Support Work is already looking forward to the next one! Thank you to Anna and motorplex team for allowing us to join in the fun!

Support Worker Positions Available - Collie

AJM Support Work is a locally owned disability support provider experiencing an increase in new NDIS participants. Currently seeking new amazing Support Workers to join the team.

Duties can include:
• Assistance with daily living tasks
• Household domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal prep
• Social and community access support
• Supporting mental health and wellbeing
• Encouraging independence and choice

We’re looking for people who are:
• Compassionate and non judgemental
• Reliable with good communication skills
• Willing to assist with household tasks
• Hold a drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Have or are willing to obtain NDIS clearance
What we offer:
