💚 SHE’S BACK! 💚

We are so excited to share that our beautiful Rachel is returning from maternity leave next week after welcoming bub number two! 🥰

Rachel holds a very special place in the ReDefine family. As our longest-serving therapist, she has been part of our team for coming up to an incredible 10 years at Redefine Collie! 💚

Over that time, so many of you have come to know and love Rachel, and we know there will be plenty of clients just as excited as we are to see her back in the salon.

For now, Rachel will be easing back into salon life while juggling the very busy world of being a mum of two. You’ll find her with us:

And as busy family life allows, we hope to see her gradually adding more days in the future.

When you trust us with your skin, you’re trusting us to give you advice based on what we genuinely believe is best for your skin, your results and your long-term skin health, whether that’s a treatment, a product recommendation, or sometimes advising you not to proceed with what you originally booked.

In this video, you’ll see our skin scanner in action, an important part of our in-depth skin analysis process. This technology allows us to look beneath the surface of the skin so we can truly understand what’s going on and make informed, professional decisions about your treatment plan.

There have been times when our therapists have assessed a client’s skin using this analysis and made the decision that continuing with the booked treatment simply isn’t safe or appropriate. Instead, we’ve recommended another treatment, modified the plan, or postponed treatment altogether.

Unfortunately, standing firm on those decisions isn’t always well received. Our therapists have been yelled at in salon and our team have received abusive phone calls because we wouldn’t perform a treatment we didn’t believe was right for that client.

But we will continue to stand firm.

Because our duty of care will always outweigh making a sale.

We don’t want to make a quick buck from one appointment. We want to build long-term relationships with our clients, earn your trust and be part of your skin journey for years to come.

That means being transparent about realistic results.
It means recommending products because we believe they will benefit your skin 🫶🏼 not simply because we want to sell them.
And it means sometimes saying no, even when that conversation is difficult.

Our therapists are highly trained professionals, and we will always support them when they make a decision based on the health, safety and best interests of the client.
