🌱🀝 Growing Stronger Together in Condobolin 🀝🌱

Yesterday, Condobolin Aboriginal Health Service was proud to participate in the combined launch of the Wiradjuri Condobolin Corporation’s Greenhouse/nursery Project and the ABSEC Community-led Commissioning Project in Condobolin.

It was a wonderful opportunity to come together with community members, local organisations, Elders, young people and partners to celebrate initiatives that are focused on creating positive pathways, strengthening community connections and supporting local aspirations.

The WCC’s Project represents growth, learning and opportunity, while the Community-led Commissioning Project will empower our community to have a stronger voice in shaping services and outcomes that matter to us.

We thank everyone involved in bringing these important projects to life and look forward to continuing to work collaboratively to support healthier, stronger and more connected communities.

And our shoutout to our students from Western Sydney University who came along and conducted mini health checks on everyone! Thanks!
