I’ve never really fit neatly into one box… ever 😂

I’m a chiropractor who talks about nervous systems.
A business owner who talks about motherhood.
An aromatherapist who talks about money.
A Human Design nerd who thinks you can absolutely include a fu***ng margi.

And after two pregnancies with HG absolutely flattened me, I became very interested in one question…

How do I build a life, body and business that actually supports me/you… the woman living it?

That question changed a lot.

How I look after my body. What I use in my home. How I make decisions. How I work. How I mother. How I make money. What I say yes to. And probably more importantly, what gets a wholehearted farrrk no.

So if you’ve landed here wondering why one minute I’m talking about essential oils, the next Human Design, then business, nervous systems, food, money or some ridiculously easy life hack…

there is actually a method to my madness 😂

I’m interested in helping women carry less and have more capacity for the s**t they actually want.

And there are three pretty good places to start.
