Each and everyday here at the Clear Skies Project we meet in circle to unpack a social emotional concept, challenge our belief systems and deepen our understandings about life.

Today we talked about the quote "what if everything was temporary" ... Such a great chat that led us to talking about living fully, appreciation, letting go, and being our fully authentic selves.

To be fair the wisdom in the room in these circles is not only way above their years but in its own right mind-blowing.

When we go to epic locations, we tend to do one of two things, we either drop into epic conversations that mirror the landscape around us or we drop into our own space and process what going on internally.

Neither space is better than the other, it just what ever we each feel drawn to for our own mental health
