The Lion’s Gate Portal is often spoken about as a time of heightened energy, transformation and manifestation.

But perhaps the invitation isn’t simply to ask for more.

Perhaps it’s to become quiet enough to hear what your heart already knows.

The intelligent heart is not impulsive.
It doesn’t shout over the noise.
It speaks through resonance, truth and a deep inner knowing that can’t always be explained by the mind.

Opening the heart takes courage.

The courage to soften.
To listen.
To release what no longer feels true.
And to move towards what feels deeply aligned — even before you can see the entire path ahead.

As we move into the 8/8 Lion’s Gate tomorrow, take a moment to place your hands over your heart and ask:

Turn off the news.

This New Moon feels like a gentle time for that…

Not to have answers.

Just to be here.

Back in your body.

Celebrating Saida 🥳

Some bowls are chosen.
Some bowls are gifted in love.

One of the most beautiful moments we witness in the temple… is when love shows up in unexpected ways. Saida fell deeply in love with this Itoigawa Jade Palladium Alchemy bowl ~ resonating with its tone, its presence, and the feeling it awakened in her.

And then something very special happened.

In a completely spontaneous gesture of love, her friend gifted her the very bowl she had connected with! A moment of pure generosity, friendship, and heart. There were tears, laughter, and of course… a big hug 🥰

These bowls have a way of finding their people, and sometimes they arrive through the most beautiful acts of kindness. Congratulations Saida ~ may this bowl sing through your life and your practice for many years to come 🤗

Eclipse. Release. Recalibrate after tonight's lunar eclipse 🌚

As the sun sets, the Full Moon will rise already partially veiled by Earth’s shadow. Over the course of the evening, you’ll notice a slow, almost ceremonial shift as darkness moves steadily across her surface.

The most potent moment is the totality, expected between 9pm and 10pm AEST

During this phase, the Moon may glow in deep copper, ember, or burnt red tones. Not because she’s disappearing… but because sunlight is bending through the Earth’s atmosphere, casting her in a richer, more ancient light.

It’s steady.
It’s surreal.
It’s powerful to witness.

Energetically, eclipses are thresholds.

They illuminate what’s complete.
They reveal what’s ready to be released.
They recalibrate us back to our own frequency.
