If you have a chronic health condition, Medicare may cover the majority of your Exercise Physiology clinic appointments. And most people have no idea.

Here is how it works at AMC:

Step 1: Visit your GP and ask for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral to an Exercise Physiologist.
Step 2: Book your clinic appointment at AMC in Coolangatta.
Step 3: Pay only the gap fee of $49. Medicare handles the rest.

Please note: Medicare rebates apply to clinic-based EP appointments only, not Pilates classes.

Conditions that qualify include diabetes, chronic pain, chronic musculoskeletal injuries/pain, heart disease, osteoporosis, obesity and more.

We work with NDIS participants across a range of conditions including neurological conditions such as MS, chronic pain, musculoskeletal concerns, and cardiovascular and metabolic health. Every session is EP-led, clinically assessed, and built around your individual goals.

Self-managed and plan-managed participants can access AMC directly. Agency-managed participants should check with their support coordinator.
