Dear friends,

I have arrived at this beautiful retreat centre in Crestone! My first impression is that it is QUIET! ☺️ It’s incredibly peaceful and still with clear fresh air, mountain ranges around and beautiful friendly community.

The cabin I’m staying in is very comfortably setup with everything I need to be able to drop into this inward expedition. If anything it almost feels too comfortable, but I’m not complaining

I'm excited and a little daunted to be spending three months in a meditation cabin in the high altitude desert of the 'Bloodless Valley' in Colorado in September.

If people can endure three months in the freezing wilderness on Survivor, then a safe, comfortable cabin with all of my physical needs being met, should be easy right? 😆 Feel free to ask me again in December ☺️

Obviously I won't be able to offer any Zenthai Shiatsu treatments to all of you, my valued clients, during that time but I look forward to supporting you on my return. It will be a full digital detox so won't have any email or phone communication from the start of September til the end of November but will be happy to connect once I'm back online.
