"Teresa took me on a journey in a way that others have yet to do.

We went back to childhood moments/emotions that I have worked on with others before, integrating that younger me into me.

The difference was when she spoke in light language where only my soul could understand. At that moment, what had been done many times clicked into place.

Before we started she energetically scanned my body. Her guides stopped her at my breasts. I knew immediately why and didn't share with her. Instead, I said "possibly it's the chronic injury I have that is on my ribs/back directly behind my breasts".

She said, "no, it doesn't feel like a physical condition, possibly mothering or how you were mothered or being a mother."

Then I shared with her, I was 4 months pregnant with our 2nd child, and 11th pregnancy. We had difficult times prior to our first and to get to our 2nd child. She asked if I knew the gender and I said yes without revealing. She knew right away.

This journey, this blessing I have is healing myself from the wound into life and childhood of being seen heard, loved and supported. The life I did not have for my little inner child.

I was reflecting on my friendships and connections and realised I have quite a number who are in their 20s and 30s.

Turning 60 was a huge watershed time for me and as I reflect on my upcoming 67th birthday, and as I read the words I wrote 7 years ago, I'm reminded of the courageous woman that gifted herself a solo gap year in Europe, without any plans and surrendered to whatever life presented her with.

"Imagine being stripped of pretty much everything in your life, all the creature comforts you take for granted and the regular life you live.

That's the emotional adjustment I'm making right now as I prepare to pack my entire life, including my work, into two lightweight bags.

These two bags will need to see me through all four European seasons, with multiple destinations and activities, from city to beach to rural.

This means no instruments for me to play - both for work and fun. I'm extremely mindful when I pick up my ukulele that this will be one of my last times playing it for a long time. It brings me such joy to sing along with it.

My dear little car, BlueBelle, that I bought brand new in 2001 has carried me through life and been my reliable companion including being a mum driving her kids around, a divorce, a number of moves of homes, my sea change to the Sunshine Coast for 4 years and back to Melbourne, these past several months spent in the glorious Hunter Valley and shortly, a final trip back to Melbourne where I will pass her on to her new owner.

Such bittersweet feelings as I go through my day, knowing that my life will be irrevocably changed.

I am being dismantled, piece by piece.

A complete shedding of my old life and way of being to clear the slate for my new life, filled with amazing experiences and possibilities.

I am in awe of this transition. Who knew I'd be doing this at 60?!!

This adventure will test and stretch my capacity for courage, patience, compassion, boundaries, resilience and resourcefulness. And there's a feeling of excitement and aliveness around that.

I can feel my soul saying "Hooray! You're giving me something substantial to work on for your expansion."

I'm experiencing a similar major shedding of old identities and a deep integration phase as I prepare to birth a new version of myself. There is much being done under cloaked sacred silence and stillness.

Sometimes you need to temporarily close for spiritual maintenance.

I felt like a misfit at school, not really feeling 'at home' anywhere in the system.

It took me many, many years of feeling dumb and stupid, and I getting many a big fat red "F" on my tests to prove it, to realise what a "crock of sh*t" the standard education system is.

I began to blossom and feel powerful when in my late 30s I realised that I was extraordinarily gifted with emotional and spiritual intelligence. No wonder I was always in the aether and away with the pixies.

They don't teach or measure that in school! We all have a zone of genius.

Mine is activating people into their spiritual gifts, mentoring them while they explore and expand their unique gifts, developing their self-confidence and healing all the ways they're holding themselves back from achieving their potential.

Did you notice the symbols on each corner of my She Is Magic oracle card? Each magical woman featured has her own symbols which represent her.

Mine are: a spiral, blue lotus flower, dolphin and peacock feather.

Why did I choose them as my symbols?

THE SPIRAL: Evolution, Expansion & the Journey Within

THE DOLPHIN: Joy, Flow, Heart Connection & Playful Intelligence
The dolphin symbolises emotional intelligence, communication, harmony, freedom and the ability to move gracefully through the currents of life. It carries both deep wisdom and joyful expression.

Why it represents me:
The dolphin brings an important balance to my work. Transformation does not have to be heavy. Healing can include pleasure, laughter, beauty and the art of living well. It reflects my Dolce Vita energy - embracing joy, connection and the richness of life.

THE PEACOCK FEATHER: Radiance, Sovereignty & Sacred Self-Expression
The peacock feather represents beauty, confidence, visibility and the courage to reveal your true colours. It carries the energy of owning your uniqueness without shrinking.

Why it represents me:
This is the embodiment of the Elegant Rebel. It speaks to women who are ready to stop hiding, reclaim their brilliance and step into their wisdom with grace and power.
