I need your help! After numerous requests over many years, it's time for me to teach my unique-to-me healing modality, Vibrational Alchemy™ by breaking down the process of what I do intuitively and documenting it.

I'm looking for 5 people to have a safe and confidential session with me over Zoom which will be recorded for my study purposes only and not shared with anyone.

Together with my expert Spirit Team, my "human x-ray" capability will zoom into the deep-seated issues that present themselves and are cleared energetically via channeled vocal tones, light language and energy like Reiki on steroids.

What is your mental and emotional state when you are preparing and eating your meals?

Are you rushed, agitated, bored, resentful?

Or are you in high vibrational state of gratitude, joy, peace and serenity?

I've been on a personal retreat the past couple of weeks.

I've had a number of triggers culminating in taking time out for myself. Some personal and some global.

Being an empath and intuitive who's deeply connected with the Collective, I've been metabolising and transmuting some big energies such as sacred rage, outrage and shock, to name a few.

I've been deeply questioning my life, what I'm no longer aligned with and ready to drop, as well as what now feels aligned with me.

There have been moments, many moments, of despair at where humanity is at. The level of cruelty, disrespect and destruction of each other, of wildlife and of the planet.

Everyone romanticises the Egyptian High Priestess, but what did she actually do?

She ran the temple like an operating system. She knew which sounds healed specific conditions in the body, which rooms amplified which frequencies and which practices opened specific states of consciousness in the people who came to her.

She carried knowledge inside her that couldn't be taught, only remembered. If you've always known things you can't explain where they came from, you already understand what that means.

She was the most direct person any room she walked into. She saw what others couldn't see and she said it out loud. People didn't always like that, but they always came back when they needed real answers. If you've been called too intense or too much your whole life, pay attention to that.

She held energetic boundaries that entire communities depended on. When things fell apart around her, she was the one who stayed steady. Not because she didn't feel it, because she had been trained across multiple lifetimes to hold it anyway.

These were real women doing real work in real temples. They used sound, sacred geometry and energy in ways that produced measurable results on the people who came to them.

Most women who carry this lineage spend years feeling like something is slightly off. Like they have gifts they can't name. A calling they can't explain. A knowing that has no source they can point to. That's not confusion, it's a memory waiting to be unlocked.

Every time humanity hits a turning point, Priestess souls come back. Look at what's happening in the world right now and tell me this isn't exactly that moment. They're not waking up by accident and neither are you.

Your food and water, as well as sunlight and the air you breathe contains thousands of codes that your body's intelligence knows how to decode and integrate for health and wellness.

Your body knows how to use the codes in fresh, unadulterated food and drinks.

If your daily diet consists of mostly processed food and drinks, then it stands to reason that your body isn't receiving what it needs to function well.

Make sure you also enjoy time outdoors and move your body to stimulate its natural bioelectricity which is vital for the body to repair itself and for healthy vitality and increased life force.

Did you know that some people see colours when listening to sounds such as music, voices or everyday noises?

It's called Chromesthesia and is a variation of the neurological phenomenon known as Synesthesia.

It's quite rare - only 4% of the global population has it and I am very fortunate to have a friend and client with it who is also an intuitive healer and was able to share with me what she saw throughout her Vibrational Alchemy™ session with me.

Self-care Fridays are an integral part of my dolce vita lifestyle.

It's the day I get together with other amazing people in my local community to sing in a choir.

I not only get an endorphin kick from singing for 1.5 hours, my nervous system becomes wonderfully regulated and my body gets bathed in a delicious cocktail of oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin!

Reduced adrenaline and cortisol which contributes to inflammation are welcome benefits, as is exercising my brain by learning new songs, reading music and being focussed - hello mindfulness!

As if that's not enough, after singing we gather for a cuppa, chat and a sweet treat furthering our bonds.

Weather permitting, most Fridays a small group of us dubbed "the walking bus" meet up at a specific location to walk and talk for 25 minutes to our rehearsal place and do the same going home.

How's that for fun exercise included in the mix?!

I arrive home feeling restored with my emotional cup filled.
