A message for healers, coaches, creatives, light-houses, etc.

The other day I did a beautiful 20 minute Vibrational Alchemy™️ taster session with a woman who I enjoyed a divine connection with.

Yesterday I emailed her to check in with how she was going and if she had any feedback for me. She's a westerner living in Bali.

She was generous in her praise and honest with her feedback.

"I can't think of anything I would change. You did a great job of showing me what it is you do.

Everyone I have spoken to were intrigued by it (it's that kind of crowd around here) but they instantly dismissed it once I shared with them the price."

My response to that was:

"It's wonderful that you shared your experience with others. Bear in mind that they didn't receive the experience you did and have no clue as to the depth and value provided.

Also, having been in the spiritual community for a long time (which includes western folk in Bali), I know and understand where they're coming from.

I have done a lot of inner work to move beyond the "struggling healer" archetype that's prevalent in the community.

I value my work deeply as I recognise that I'm a specialist in my field. Not everyone can do what I do.

In regular society specialists in any field are highly valued and paid accordingly. Why not us?

A paradigm shift around charging our worth is long overdue and I'm grateful to be a part of this movement.

Individually and collectively, we can do more good in the world when we are financially robust creating beautiful philanthropic projects."

YOU are desperately needed.

What you do on the planet to raise consciousness for the evolution of humanity is PRICELESS.

It's Spring and that means it's artichoke season. I love them with a passion and ate lots of them in Rome.

But none came close to my Mum's stuffed artichokes.

I miss them... *sigh* 🥰

Geez I grew up with fantastic food!!!

I'm eternally grateful my parents insisted on natural home-made fare which also included the BEST sausages, salami, pancetta, capocollo, prosciutto, red and white wine, black and green olives as well as split green Sicilian-style, bottled passata, pesto, salted baked ricotta, giardiniera, preserved eggplants, gnocchi, jams, etc.

To me, my parents' cellar was a veritable Aladdin's cave and it was also Dad's man cave.

Dad had an easy chair in there and was often found kicking back listening to his favourite operas while sipping on his wines straight out of the oak barrels.

La dolce vita can be created anywhere. What's your way of creating a little dolce vita magic in your life?

How's everyone been feeling lately? Personally, eclipse season wipes me out.

Having spoken with others, they're feeling the same way, wanting to rest and cocoon.

The energies have been super intense.

If you can, take this opportunity to stop DOING, slow down, take time out for yourself, have an Epsom salt bath (with quality essential oils if you have them), nourish yourself well and enjoy just BEING.
