One of the things I love about yoga awareness is that it slowly changes the questions.

Instead of:

“How do I fix this?”

the question becomes:

“What is this trying to tell me?”

It’s a very different relationship.

If things feel unsettled…
or like nothing is quite completing…
it can help to come back to the body.



Apana lives in the lower part of the body.
So we work there.



Simple ways to begin:
• movement below the navel
• slow, steady, repetitive motion
• left nostril breathing
• time in nature
• feet on the ground



Less input.
More presence.



You don’t need to force release.
The system already knows how.



We’re just creating the conditions for it to happen.

When you chant Wahe Guru, it has a way of bringing the mind back into a kind of wonder…a sense of expansion & awe.

Chanting is a way of offering ourselves sound therapy & healing.

It attunes your system’s main energy meridians, the sushmuna, ida & pingala, to the vibration of the mantra.

In the case of Wahe Guru - you experience the incredulousness & indescribable bliss of Universal Wisdom.

Chanting, or even listening to Wahe Guru, will dissolve whatever stands between you & embodiment.

An amazing space was created this morning…
✨✨✨✨✨✨

Permission to come back to integrity with ourselves & our experience.

Movement to clear out the energies, subtle and dense, that result when we innocently abandon ourselves for protection.

Self abandoning can look like…

- saying yes but deep down it’s a no. Or vica versa.
- minimising or dismissing your or another’s feelings (it’s not that bad, others have it worse)
- staying silent when something hurts (to keep the peace)
- forcing yourself to “stay positive” when grief or anger is present
- pushing your body beyond its limits to meet expectations
- changing your personality, values, or preferences to be liked

Ask AI how this could look for you & become aware of how you innocently think, behave & act in ways that don’t create safety in your system.

You are not to blame. We create these strategies for safety. And, there’s another way 🫶🙌
