At least once a year I commit to an extended healing journey of a sort. When I show up for myself and sit in a mini ceremony for at least 20 days straight. Things like ancestral healing, cacao opening heart journey or so.

Currently I am half way through one of these journeys and was guided to book a sound lounge with my neighbour (message me if you want to know more and book your own session).

I recorded this video yesterday straight after the session - I felt I wanted that raw presence - right there - where it all happened.

I may share the second part of this video in the next few days where I am touching more on powerful nuggets of truth I received.

The first part was all about these powerful ideas that came to me. Fully stepping into the service - because I feel we truly need to guide each other home, step into service, be here for each other (for the benefit of all and the detriment of none).

And so here I am offering these 2 new services - which are not about business, they are about Life, about people, about love.

🤍Integration Space - free 30 min (ish ) zoom call to help you integrate any experience you had during various healing sessions or even a traumatic experience. Just message me and we will organise a time.

🤍Distant HEALING Session - if you would like to be added to my book please send me a message with your name and date of birth, once a week I send reiki healing energy to those in my book. No need to show up for it, only be open to receive.

And as I was looking at these beautiful women singing Happy Birthday over the sparkles coming of the cake, all I wished for was that I would always be surrouned by such incredible souls.

When you choose a path of moving countries and places , you meet people who shape you and touch you, knowing that nothing lasts 🤍 and as beautiful as all those experiences and connections are, eventually there is the empty spot that wishes to be filled with community, belonging, true long term friendships and growth that takes place - in one place, with people that watch you through those ebs and flows of life. At least for a time.

When I moved to Sunshine coast almost 4 years ago, I decided that I wanted to fill that spot. It wasn't a clear path and I truly needed to dig deep into what belonging and friendship mean for me. The search is far from over, I have a lot of life left in me. But all that digging paid off, as it always does 🫶

I thank to every woman that joined me on such a short notice and made my heart full yesterday. I thank to all those that couldn't be there but are closely tied with my heart. Thank you for all the wishes, care & love 🤍

I am so grateful I can gather with all these generations of women together in one space and celebrate.
I love you men but it is the time for women to embody the power that we are 🌻 and when generations of women come together in one place - magic happens.

Thank you all beautiful souls that I got to meet on my path. And all of those that will never even get to read this message because I completely lost contact with you.

I wouldn't change a thing 🫶 all the ebbs and flows are necessary 🌻

This gentle journey is designed to support your nervous system, help release stored tension and emotions, reconnect you with your body, and allow you to soften into yourself in a safe and nurturing environment.

Through conscious breath, intuitive sound, gentle energy healing, grounding, and presence, we create space for the body to unwind and for the mind to quieten — returning to the wisdom already within you.

This session is suitable for beginners and anyone feeling called to slow down, reset, reconnect, and receive.

After over a year of receiving the same vision, I finally took the leap and quit my job.

It still feels surreal to say that.

I just wanted to share a little update on what's been unfolding for me. This has been in my heart for such a long time, and now it's finally becoming my reality.
