I am a qualified Naturopath, Yoga teacher, Aromatherapist and Author of 'Baby It's Only Natural'. I first started in the health industry in 2005 and as my passion and love for natural health grew I have continued to further my skills, knowledge and experience. I find that by using a range of therapies, such as naturopathy, nutrition, western herbal medicine, flower essences, aromatherapy, Hemaview

(live blood analysis), and iridology, I am able to completely support my clients on their journey towards optimal health. My unique and thorough consulting technique investigates beyond the presenting complaint and not only identifies physical symptoms but also acknowledges the emotional connection to illness. We work together to identify the root causes of symptoms for which a proven treatment protocol will be formulated to suit your lifestyle and preferences. I not only educate you and your family to make the right choices on a daily basis but also use a number of techniques to motivate and inspire you to continue moving forward towards your goals and ultimate wellness, after all prevention is better than cure.
