Most women don’t know their breast cancer risk category, or their breast density — and both change what screening you actually need.

Know your risk: normal / moderate / high — high risk can mean 20% lifetime risk + MRI eligibility

Know your age: 40 for normal/moderate risk, 30 for high risk

Know your density: dense breasts need MRI or contrast-enhanced mammography, not just mammography
