Think you're detoxing?

What if the problem isn't what you're carrying... but what you're not eliminating?

Most people focus on killing, cleansing, and removing.
Few focus on flow.

Heres the thing:
When bile flow slows down,
symptoms can show up as bloating, constipation, cramping
poor fat digestion, hormone chaos
nausea after fatty meals,

My labs showed slightly elevated cholesterol and the immediate response was:
“You may need a statin.”

No consideration about the "good cholesterol" range, that was dismissed.
