This is a very specific niche area I’ve spent a long time learning, practicing, and refining.

I’ve continued to deepen my training in TMJ treatment and advanced dry needling of the jaw complex, recently completing another advanced TMJ course focused on intraoral release techniques.

Over time, I’ve developed a real passion for helping clients experiencing:
• Jaw pain & tension
• Teeth clenching/grinding
• TMJ dysfunction
• Headaches & migraines
• Facial tension
• Clicking or locking jaws

Through additional education and extensive hands-on client work, I’ve built a highly focused approach to treating this area and have been seeing some really positive outcomes.

Continuing to refine and elevate my approach to treatment. 👌🏽

This weekend I completed advanced training in intraoral TMJ therapy, building on several years of experience treating jaw dysfunction with hands-on techniques and dry needling.

Further training in this area allows for a more precise and effective approach to managing jaw pain, clenching, lock jaw, headaches, and muscular tension. 🦷 😬

💫 I am very grateful for the continued referrals from local dentists and dental hygienists as it’s a privilege to work alongside other professionals to support our clients.

Ankle injuries can be stubborn especially if you’re dealing with stiffness, swelling, or pain months after the initial injury.
