A year ago today I stepped forward and onto the path of my business journey and ReAwaken Your Energy was birthed into fruition.

In the 12 months since then, 162 times someone has climbed onto my table for whatever reason, 162 conversations held, 162 times you’ve opened up to me about what’s happening for you, 162 times I’ve held the space for ‘the whole you’…. and I am deeply honoured to be able to do so.

To see you walk in feeling one way and leave feeling another - often standing taller and looking lighter. To be able to see the shift it amazes me each time and reminds me how powerful Acutonics® truly is.

Regardless if you’ve seen me once or 20 times, I am so grateful to you! For allowing me to do what I do and the trust you place in me. Words cannot express how proud I am of you for taking the steps to walk through my door… but ultimately how proud I am of myself for stepping onto this path fully in this lifetime, knowing all I have experienced in past lifetimes, it truly is healing.

To the amazing team 'I am' Healing Gifts. thank you for always having my back. For those conversations, the encouragement and for the reminders of why we do what we do.

How are you feeling as we head into May? Yes, I did say that... May is coming!!

Are you feeling any one of the following or maybe something else is going on?
* Feeling a tad unsure/uncertain...
* Times travelling too fast...
* The body is experiencing a few aches & pains...
* The anxiety is increasing...
* Your sleep is all over the place ... or maybe

Thank you to everyone who attending the 'I am' Healing Gifts. Create & Take event yesterday. It was wonderful to connect with those who come & tried a mini acutonics session.
