Confessions of this young therapist…

Unlike many…I haven’t been doing this my whole life…
I don’t have over 20 years experience in body work…
I do question if I am good enough…
I am a little bit of a spicy chaos fairy (not neat and polished…)
I feel deeply and always hope people feel safe to feel deeply in my presence too…

My whole mission is to create a space for people to drop their extra weight they carry, slow down, feel safe and surrender…

These are my confession…so you all know we are all carrying something and it is ok to be vulnerable and drop their bags when you need…

So please know you are not the only one feeling vulnerable, questioning your feelings and all that comes with that when you enter the space…

I am also just a messy human experiencing life too…so let’s do it together ✨🌺🙏

We had a cute little visitor today…

To all my clients lately that have been hearing rustling in the roof…we found one of the culprits…fell right on out of his hiding spot today…

He was returned to mum no problems…after a little snuggle…but expect to have more rustling in our roof…

Such beautiful neighbours we have…🤍🌺✨

One thing I’ve noticed through my work this week is how much we carry, not only in our bodies, but in the way we speak to ourselves and the standard we hold ourselves too…

We’re often so quick to notice what we’re doing wrong, what we should be doing better, or what needs fixing…

But what if we offered ourselves the same kindness we so freely give to others?

Your body deserves care…

Your mind deserves softness…

And you deserve to be on your own side…

Take a moment to look how far you have actually come…

Hello beautiful humans…

Some of you may not know but Bonnie and I are on the book signing journey with our new children’s book…

To make sure I can still provide the best to you in the studio and give your body the love and attention it deserves we need to also rest and recharge…

So we will be taking a few days away from the studio next week…

Closed from Monday 6th-Thursday 9th July…
