The older I get, the more I realize that moving the body and enjoying life is just as important as sitting still and being serious.

There is a specific kind of prayer found in singing and a meditation found in dancing that doesn't always require ancient scripture to be effective.

Sometimes, joy itself is the real meditation. When we move past the logical mind and into the feeling of the body, we find a different kind of peace.
