Along side of 35 rounds of agonising radiation and 7 rounds of chemo, I took Turkey tail mushrooms (check out Paul Stamets, fungi expert) and CBD oil.

For the hygiene of my mouth and throat, I gargled salt and Bi-carb or baking soda at least 30 times in 24 hours.
I followed each wash with Myrrh oil watered down, which helped with the pain also.

My oncologist and all nursing staff were constantly blown away by the effects of these practices.
Bi-carb is the most underrated substance on the planet.
Cancer does not thrive in an alkaline environment.
It is used for kidney disease and is produced by the body naturally. The benefits of this affordable substance are endless.
Oxygen therapy is also an ally, which wasn't available to me at the time, but is here in Noosa now. Cancer doesn't thrive on an oxygen rich environment.

And yes, hypnotherapy prepared me for my journey and assisted with my positive mindset, even through losing my long-term relationship mid treatments.

People from all walks of life who have overcome adversity and hardships in all it forms share their journey to help and inspire.

Held regularly at the Sands Tavern in Maroochydore.

Happiest 13th to my boys on Monday. It was a huge day of go cart racing, shooting range, and Muay Thai at Patong Stadium.
Phuket was amazing, and I love the chaos and hustle. Street food and night markets were just awesome. Thai people are so friendly and welcoming with a great sense of humour and resilience. We are so grateful to have experienced this adventure.

I think I will need a holiday after this holiday...Patong is way too much fun!

It's gratitude time.
For 12 years myself, friends and my family have worried about My sons kidney disease. As many of you know at the end of last year Floyd finally received a life changing transplant. He is a different boy now.
I am eternally torn and grateful to the family that lost their child, but made the decision to save mine.
My gratitude also extends to Starlight Children's Foundation Australia for all their support and granting Floyd's wish for our trip to Thredbo last week. They paid for and organised everything for us.
This was an incredible experience and the first real holiday I have been able to take Zane and Floyd on.
It was truly one of the highlights of my life.
This organisation is funded privately by people I will never know or be able to thank personally.
It's been a long journey, but I feel the freedom from fear and its such a relief to have healthy and happy loved ones.
Massive love and gratitude. 🧡🙏
