This full-time management role is ideal for someone with experience in:
✅ Retail or supermarket management
✅ Café, restaurant or hospitality management
✅ Fresh produce and grocery operations
✅ Sales growth and gross profit improvement
✅ Stock control, ordering and supplier management
✅ Waste reduction and inventory control
✅ Hiring, Rostering, labour control and team leadership
✅ Customer service and local community engagement
We are looking for a commercially focused manager who can take ownership of the business, lead the team, improve profitability and grow café and retail sales.
