Our Jugiong Retreat is fast approaching, with term 1 being such a chaotic time, returning to school, work, just getting back to normality!!
Time-to-take-a-breath 🧘🏼♀️
Some highlights of our up coming weekend.
Let’s start with some of our teachers for the weekend;
Tanya Carter… beautiful yoga teacher, will be leading us for Restorative yoga Saturday night. Tanya is a mum of 3 gorgeous lil kiddies and this is her third retreat with Naturally Connected, we love Tanya’s gentle and soothing nature and can’t wait for her to send us into totally relaxing. If the night is calm Tanya loves yoga under the stars 🌟
Deb Fallon …. Deb was originally the Body Balance teacher at Come Alive before moving to Canberra where she managed a ladies gym. Deb has been to every retreat at Jugiong and it was at our last retreat, she lead us through a beautiful meditation on Friday night.
With Deb’s deep understanding of meditation and mindfulness as well as her gentle voice to guide us through this will be a wonderful prelude into sleeping peacefully.
Connie Scott …. I first met Connie when I found her yoga class back at the old Elm & Wren in Cootamundra and I was in ore at how she moved her body so gracefully and seamlessly. Connie is a yoga teacher with a passion for helping others connect deeply to themselves through movement and energy work. Yoga with Connie is based on the principles of transformation, mental restoration, empowerment, full body flexibility and strength. Suitable for those wanting to develop coordination as well as those wanting serious, high quality yoga.
Strong, contemporary vinyasa, welcome to all levels.
I’m so excited to have Connie lead us through a beautiful flow on Saturday morning.
This is only a one part of the team….
We have such an amazing group of ladies attending the retreat, and with only 1 room left, we’d love for you to join us on 21 March for a journey into relaxation.
