MUM'S n BUB'S YOGA

Starts this Tuesday 12th May!
4 Tuesdays finishing 2nd June.

10am - 11am
Event Centre Corryong Recreational Reserve.

All mums and bubs can attend past their 6-week post natal check up. No previous yoga experience required.
This class is for you MUMS.
The yoga moves are modified for different stages of postpartum and to the individual within the group.
Including moves for you and your baby together.

$40 for the 4 weeks.
