Renée is a Pilates educator (Polestar Pilates) and movement specialist with over 20 years’ experience across elite sport, rehabilitation, and teacher training.

Known for her precision and genuine care, Renée creates supportive yet challenging classes and one-on-one sessions where clients build strength, improve mobility and develop a deeper understanding of their bodies. Her teaching empowers individuals to move with confidence and intention. Also experienced in yoga and meditation, Renée is currently completing her degree in Exercise Physiology.
