Happy Monday Ladies! I hope that you've all been well, and if your families have been hit with the dreaded lurgies going around town, may you all be recovering quickly and with ease.

This week, I have some availability on Wednesday, on Friday at 12pm, and I have opened up this coming Saturday for those that can't make it during school hours, I just have 11:30am - 1:30pm left..

In a society where being busy and going at 100 miles per hour is celebrated, I dare you to slow down. I challenge you to address that pain that you,ve been feeling in your neck and lower back (or any other issues), but you keep putting it off because you have "other" things to take care of.

If you are pregnant, I challenge you to come and start nurturing yourself if you aren't already. Help to set yourself up to feel more comfortable within your body as it grows and changes. Allow yourself the opportunity to prepare your body for an easier labouring and birthing experience. Give yourself the time to bond and connect with that beautiful little baby that you have growing within your womb.

To the Mumma's that have just had a baby. Come in and be nurtured after the massive feat of giving birth to your baby. It doesn't matter if you birthed naturally or via c-section, your body still worked hard and continues to do so. I'm happy for you to bring your baby in with you if they aren't mobile yet.

To any of you that just need a nervous system reboot or recentering, I'm here.

Wishing you all a fabulous week ahead Ladies. Please be kind to yourselves and don't forget to refill those cups of yours. Everyone around you will be all the better and happier for it.

Have you ever heard of a Breastfeeding Busy Box for your toddler (or older child)?

Lots of Mums understandably begin to stress when they are pregnant with their number two. They wonder how they are going to manage as a mum of two children now. The thought can be incredibly daunting, and the reality is that we can't predict how our toddler will react to having a younger sibling.

This whole topic on it's own is a whole other post. Today though, I would like to focus on creating a Breastfeeding Busy Box for your toddler (or first child, whatever their age may be).

A Busy Box can easily be created by you. The aim of creating one is to provide entertainment and an opportunity for your older child to quieten down a little while you feed your baby. It is designed to be a box that only comes out during feeding, and it is then put away until your next feed. So it then becomes something special.

Before you begin, you need to make sure that the activities you put together are age-appropriate, that your child can do them independently of you, and try to ensure that the activities aren't too messy (no paints, water, sand etc.).

Some idea examples for a toddler might be:
☀️An LED drawing board;
☀️Pipe cleaners and large beads for practicing fine motor skills or sorting various items;
☀️Magnetic tiles or wooden blocks for quiet building;
☀️Sticker books that contain various scenes and reusable stickers;
☀️Special pop-up books or books with flaps to open and close, that only come out during feeding time.

The list of ideas is limited to your imagination and to what your child actually enjoys doing. Using these boxes doesn't mean that everything will be sweet when feeding time comes around, but it is one of many different tools that you can use to help juggle your time between your baby and an older child that still really needs your attention.

All you need is a container and some large, clear ziplock bags or some sturdier bags like large, clear pencil cases to put different activities and items into. Feel free to find a system that works for you in terms of containers or whatever you may use to store individual activities in. You can either ask your child what activity they would like to or, you can choose for them. You can have a specific activity for each day or various activities per day. Whatever works for you both.

I hope that this has been helpful for you. I know that becoming a mother to 2 little ones can be challenging and altogether terrifying sometimes, but with some support and some pre-planning, you can reduce your overwhelm.

For more inspiration, just Google Busy Boxes, and you will find so many great ideas. I also love searching Pintrest for great and creative ideas.

Wishing you all a happy first day of Spring!

As you re-emerge from within yourself, the place of great depth that you might retreat to during the Winter, to regroup and maybe rest a little, be kind to yourself and go with ease.

Did you know that I finish all of my pregnancy massages with a herbal tea and a nutritious snack for my ladies?

I ensure that before I send you back out into the world, that you are well grounded and alert. I also like to ensure that you've eaten something that is good for you.

Today's after massage snack was brought to you by Whats your Flavour Cafe(Fearne Ave Margaret River) - a delicious apricot and date blissball. Thanks Paula 🙏, my client loved it.

I am really loving this deck at the moment. I've had it for a while now, but it hasn't always resonated. At the moment, it is landing beautifully and has become a part of my daily ritual.

Do you have a favourite deck that you are currently using or love to use. Let me know. I'd love to hear from you. I'm always on the lookout for new cards that inspire me.
