I miss hugging my children as little people. My children are now 30, nearly 18 & 16 years of age. When they were little, I got away with giving and receiving so many hugs! Now........not so much. Teenagers can be such complicated beings. They act all cool and nonchalant, as my son puts it, but I don't think they really realise how much they need a hug until I've offered one.

I also think now that they are becoming more independent, it dawns on me on the daily, that the time we have with our children is fleating. Aside from when I can see that they need a hug, I do catch myself hugging them because I need to.........maybe if I can hold them tight for a moment, I can pretend that they won't be leaving in a couple of years........

To celebrate the birth of Feminine Alchemy, for the next 2 weeks, I would like to offer $15 off massage treatments. These include Remedial, Postpartum, Therapeutic and Pregnancy massage.

From today, the 30th March - 13th April 2026, I will take $15 off treatments booked within this period. This does not include treatments booked during this period attended after the 13th of April. To receive the discount, you need to book and attend during the above dates.

I graduated as a remedial massage therapist in 2005 and have continued to educate myself since then. I love to work with women and children. That has always been my calling. My learning pursuits have been to better work with and support children from birth. I'm a certified paediatric massage therapist and support children from all walks of life. I teach parents how to massage their babies and beyond in group classes or 1:1.

I enjoy working with teenagers and encourage body positivity wherever possible. We don't realise how busy our young people are and how much they hold in their bodies. I know that my own teens carry a great deal of anxiety. Bodywork can be a really effective tool to help ease and reduce symptoms of anxiety.

Women's health is also another of my great interests. I've gone on to become a pregnancy massage specialist. I work with mothers-to-be from conception until birth (during birth) and into the postpartum period (12 months after birth) and beyond. These times are so important in a woman's life. I celebrate, nurture, care for and support my ladies during these times of vulnerability, with the sensitivity that each goddess deserves.

My interests don't stop here. There are so many!

For all the ladies who do not know me yet, come in! I would love to meet you wherever you are in life. Let's see how I can best support you. Let me nurture you. You so deserve it!
