In case you haven't checked your e-mails this week....

I will be away for a little reset before coming back to help you finish 2026 with a bang!

My classes will be missing from the timetable from Monday 26th October - Monday 2nd November inclusive and our e-mails and messages through all avenues will not be monitored during this time.

You will still be able to join Chloe for her usual classes.

If you have a membership or class pack you have received an email regarding this, please have a read and if you have any questions please reach out this week.

There is also exciting info regarding our upcoming end of year challenge to help you stay consistent as we begin to move in to the busy silly season plus our Christmas Party!

School holidays are coming up!

We will have 2 x Teen Pilates classes on offer

Wednesday 30 September
Wednesday 7 October
Both at 4:30pm

All equipment provided.
Socks must be worn, grip socks preferred.

Our teen classes are for 12-17 year olds. They are designed for beginners and will help teach coordination, balance and control as well as some strength and mobility work.
