Happy Father’s Day to my husband and Lily’s dad 🤍

So grateful for your constant support, especially through this current season of building my business and completing my Masters of Physiotherapy (Pelvic Health). Thank you for always encouraging me to follow my dreams while being the most wonderful dad to our girl.

Couldn’t do it without you 🫶🏼

Making the most of our last full day in beautiful New Zealand 🇳🇿🤍

Thinking of and celebrating all the dads out there today, including those who are no longer with us, those who have lost children, and those for whom today may feel particularly tough. Sending love to anyone navigating a difficult Father’s Day 🤍

Don’t forget our next date is coming up soon!

Out of office! 🇳🇿👋

We’re off to New Zealand to take some much-needed time out and enjoy some family time together. 🤍

What a busy four months it has been since opening Calare Physiotherapy & Pelvic Health! I’m so incredibly thankful to everyone who has trusted me with their care, recommended the clinic to friends and family, or simply offered words of encouragement along the way. It truly means so much.

The last four months have also included a lot of uni, assignments and assessments — but they’re all submitted, so it’s officially time to put the phone and laptop away and enjoy some proper time off! 🥂

I’ll be back in the clinic on 7 September and will respond to messages then.

If you’d like to book an appointment for my return while I’m away, you can still do so via the website — link in bio.

Adios for now 👋🇳🇿
See you soon!

I’m so excited to be offering Born Ready in Cowra, NSW! 🤍

If you know someone who is pregnant, send this to them. Birth education is so important, and having the right knowledge and tools can make such a difference to how you approach birth and recovery.

Born Ready is about helping women feel informed, confident and prepared for birth — understanding their options, learning practical strategies, and knowing how to work with their body during labour and birth.

Because birth preparation isn’t just about getting through the day you meet your baby. It’s also about thinking about your long-term pelvic health and reducing the risk of pelvic floor symptoms that can affect women years, even decades, after birth.

You don’t need to be fearful of birth — you deserve to feel educated, empowered and prepared. 💪🏼✨

Whether it’s your first baby or you’ve been through birth before, birth education makes a difference.

Know someone pregnant? Tag them or send this their way. 🤍

My goal: Educate 1000 people in Central West NSW about Pelvic Health 💪

Pelvic health myths you might still believe 👀

There are so many misconceptions around pelvic health that can stop people from seeking help.

So, let’s debunk a few!

1. Leaking after childbirth or as you get older is just normal.
2. S*x is always supposed to be painful.
3. Wearing a pad is just normal.
4. It’s embarrassing to talk about pelvic health.

Pelvic health concerns are common, but that doesn’t mean you have to accept them as normal.

Save this for later and share it with someone who might need to hear it 🤍
