🌈 Disability support should do more than fill time—it should help build skills that make everyday life easier and more meaningful.
Capacity-building support focuses on working with participants to strengthen their confidence, participation and independence through practical, goal-focused activities.
Depending on the participant’s individual needs and NDIS goals, support may include:
💬 Communication and making choices
❤️ Recognising and managing emotions
📅 Following routines and moving between activities
👥 Building social confidence and participation
⭐ Developing everyday skills and greater independence
For a child, this might look like using a visual “first–then” board, practising how to request help, following simple routines or learning to manage transitions between activities.
For an adult, it may involve planning a shopping trip, preparing a simple meal, developing community-access skills or building confidence with everyday tasks.
At AAA Access Care, our approach is:
✅ Individualised
✅ Goal-focused
✅ Strengths-based
✅ Respectful and encouraging
We currently have capacity available for children and adults in Craigieburn and surrounding suburbs.
Participants, families, Support Coordinators and Plan Managers are welcome to contact us for a confidential, no-obligation discussion.
💬 Message us with the word “SKILLS” to discuss the participant’s needs and our availability.
