🎉 A milestone we're proud to share!

WinaCare Disability Services became a registered NDIS provider in 2021.

We have now completed and passed our second mid-term audit.💜

For us, this isn't just about passing an audit.

It's about the responsibility that comes with being trusted to support someone.

It means continuing to look at:

✓ Are participants being listened to?
✓ Are people safe?
✓ Are our workers properly supported?
✓ Are we following the right processes?
✓ When something goes wrong, do we learn from it?
✓ Can families and professionals trust the support we're providing?

We know a certificate alone doesn't build trust.

What we do every day does.

So, while we're proud of this milestone, our focus remains the same:

We know how frustrating that can be.

You shouldn't have to make phone call after phone call to find someone who will listen.

WinaCare Disability Services currently has capacity, and we're happy to start with a simple conversation about what you or your family member actually needs.

💜 We currently have capacity to welcome new participants.

But for us, having capacity is not just about having an empty spot on a roster.

It means having the time to get to know the person first.

What do they enjoy?
What are they struggling with?
What would they like to become more independent with?
What has worked or not worked with previous supports?

What Is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?

If you or someone you love lives with mental health challenges under the NDIS, you may have heard about “Recovery Coaching”, but what does it actually mean?
