Alongside his supported employment role at Wallara, Matt has secured an open employment role as a bus driver with Blairlogie Living and Learning Inc..
One day each week, he helps clients travel safely to site, building confidence, experience, and independence along the way.

Christian is recognised for his initiative, problem-solving, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes. He played a key role in developing a successful routine to support medication
administration after ongoing challenges, taking the time to guide and support staff to implement his idea.
This thoughtful approach resulted in a meaningful breakthrough, creating new opportunities for continued progress. Christian’s willingness to go above and beyond, even for a small win, reflects his genuine dedication and impact.
