Honestly, I think he was more excited for his treatment than Mum was 😂❤️

I spend all day telling my patients to look after their bodies…

So today, I took my own advice. 🙌🏼

Because apparently treating everyone else doesn’t magically fix YOUR tight muscles. Who knew? 😂

Therapists need therapy too. 😉
