We were pleased to join the Holistic EP and Community Wheels Event, where exercise, social connection, and wellbeing came together to support older clients.

As part of the event, Taking Care Mobile Massage shared information on the role of remedial massage alongside exercise, helping clients understand how both services can complement each other in supporting mobility, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, share knowledge, and highlight the value of a holistic approach to healthy ageing. 💜
