Happy Birthday Samuel Hahnemann! Born 10th April 1755, the first homeopath the world had seen. Personally, I am constantly amazed at the forward thinking genius of this man - science is gradually catching up with homeopathy and we are closer than ever before to knowing the 'how'. That it works however, we know and observe time and again, and it's thanks to him for the rigorous experimentation, tireless research that began it all. WILL YOU BE YOUR VALENTINE?

I seem to have a love/ hate relationship with my inner voice.. she runs thoughts through my head on a daily basis, like "I am..not worthy, not good enough, what if they don't approve of me? Am I acceptable? I don't know enough, I feel like a fake, he doesn't love me, my kids think I'm stupid.." But its time to change that. To stop living in our minds. When you truly love yourself- complete with imperfections- no other Valentine's gift could be as satisfying or sweet.

✨This past weekend I had the pleasure of going to a SUNSET LIBERATION silent dance party by and . I had no expectations of the event and what I can say it blew my mind. I found myself completely immersed in the actions of the day. guidance to get me there was beautiful and allowed my journey to be completely authentic and enjoyable. The vibes by transported me to my youth and kept my energy high. I danced the full two hours and now have aching quads which is a sign I need to do this more often😂😂. My thoughts and fears of being judged were completely quelled. The whole experience was amazing and highly recommend. So the next time you hesitate because you’re afraid of being judged. Stop to think how much fun it could be and what you’d miss out on. Then JUST DO IT.
