The Shire Girls Club is coming back to True Woo Cronulla for an art therapy workshop with the one and only Renee, from Faire Creative!

I’ve personally done one of Renee’s workshops and LOVED it. Not only did I leave with a cute little artwork to take home, but the whole process was so much fun, relaxing and just genuinely wholesome.

There’s something really lovely about taking time out, getting creative and enjoying the process without worrying about getting it perfect.

I have a feeling this group is going to love it, and I can’t wait to see what everyone creates!

Want to be part of the Shire Girls Club and join in on the fun?
Get in touch with Olivia at SHIRE GIRLS CLUB | SUTHERLAND SHIRE WOMENS SOCIAL CLUB for all the details.

We can’t wait to have you all back at True Woo!

I recently attended a breathwork session, and something the facilitator said really resonated with me. It’s stayed with me, and got me thinking…

“Ask yourself, what deserves my intention and energy, and what doesn’t?”

Not everything needs a response. Not every situation deserves your headspace. And not everything that asks for your attention deserves your energy.

Sometimes, looking after yourself means being more mindful of where you direct both.

Give your energy to what grounds you, what brings you joy, what helps you grow and the people who make you feel good to be around.

And give yourself permission to let the rest go.
A simple reminder, but one worth coming back to.

Your energy is valuable.
Be mindful of where you spend it. 🧡

Are the crystal singing bowls calling you? 💫🥣

Come join me for a single or better yet, double weekend in South Sydney, Cronulla, for Rainbow Sounds® Crystal Singing Bowl training. There are a few spots left in each class.

In Level 1, we'll dive into the basics - how to strike and wind, what volume to play at, various techniques, notes, chords, how to look after the bowls, the incredible science! Then relax with a sound bath and sonic sounds meditation.

In Level 2, we'll dive into even more advanced techniques, music theory, how to create and set up a sound bath with a music sheet, binaurals and much more to become an exceptional sound bath facilitator!

Why is training important? So we can take responsibility to ensure that we are connecting with the bowls in the right way to deliver the best experience whether it's for ourselves, our loved ones or for clients.

The link to book is in my linktree bio or direct on the Rainbow Sounds website.❤️

MEET SASKIA
Saskia is one of our guest instructors and we absolutely love having her lead our Tuesday morning and Thursday men’s yoga classes from time to time.
She brings a beautiful blend of confidence that comes with experience, a grounded presence and a warm, friendly approach that makes everyone feel welcome and at ease.

“I started practicing yoga over 30 years ago and I never looked back. Yoga will always be an integral part of my life and my passion. I truly believe that as yogis we are life-long students, and I want to spread the joy of yoga to others so they can experience its amazing physical and mental benefits.”

“As a yoga teacher, I focus on helping students develop technique, breath work, strength, and flexibility.  I instruct students on the methodology of the practice and precision of the asanas as well as exploring the cultivation of non-reactivity and stillness of the mind.”

“I have over 500  hours yoga teacher training including Vinyasa, Yin, Embodied, Restorative and Trauma Yoga. I have also studied anatomy and physiology with Simon Borg Olivier and completed a prep course on Anatomy and Physiology at La Trobe University in 2025.”

We feel incredibly lucky to welcome guest instructors of Saskia’s calibre into True Woo Cronulla, and even luckier to have her as part of our extended True Woo family 🧡

An evening of learning, conversation and connection at True Woo.

Last night, A Mindful Movement - Book Club welcomed a very special guest, breathwork facilitator and author Chris Mahoney.

Danielle began the session with an open discussion around the group’s recent read, exploring themes of mental health and wellbeing.

What makes this book club so special is the relaxed, welcoming community it has become, a space where everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts, listen, learn and simply come as they are.
In fact, one member admitted she hadn’t quite managed to finish the book and was simply “here for the vibes.”
And honestly, if that doesn’t sum up what a lovely bunch this is, what does?

Danielle then introduced Chris, who shared the story behind his book, (which I’ve affectionately named The Breath Bible), taking us through the thinking, research and personal journey that led him to breathwork in the first place.
It was a wonderful opportunity to hear the story behind the words and gain a deeper understanding of the power of the breath.
Chris then guided the group through a 20 minute breathwork experience, giving everyone the opportunity to put some of that knowledge into practice and experience the breath for themselves

It was such a lovely evening, and a reminder of why I love what we’re building here at True Woo.
A space for learning, connection, curiosity and community. A place where meaningful conversations happen, new ideas are explored and people come together, without pressure or expectation.

I’m so grateful to see this community continuing to grow, one conversation, one connection and one shared experience at a time.
This is what True Woo is all about.

We are delighted to welcome Rachael Farrelly to True Woo Cronulla!

Rachael will be leading ‘Yoga Essentials’ every Wednesday morning at 10-11am in our workshop room, commencing 28th October.

Breathe | Mobilise | Release | Balance | Strength

Yoga essentials is a considered, whole body & mind yoga practice designed to support mobility, flexibility, strength and balance while creating a space to slow down, reconnect, regulate and nourish.

Through guided breathwork, joint mobilization and mindful movement, you will explore ways to deeply release and let go of tension through correct alignment and stabilization. The class offers modifications for all levels and is built on the principle that with the correct position of the joints and bones you can experience optimum breath function, muscle release and strengthening.

Rachael’s passion is to provide each student with individualised guidance to create a variation of the posture that is most beneficial to you through the use of props or modification.

As a psychotherapist, meditation and yoga teacher Rachael offers mind and body support so that you can enjoy the wonderful benefits of the ancient health system of yoga.
