We work with women navigating busy lives who don’t want to start again.

Rach has 5 kids in her house and she’s working. She’s 8 kg down. Her words: “All sorts of life events happen and I get support and guidance on how to navigate the changes and challenges without completely throwing in the towel.”

This is what the rest of our women told the team this week.

“I feel like I’ve found me again.”

“It feels strange if I don’t go to the gym, omg can’t believe I’m saying that.”

“I don’t spiral out of control when I see the weight increased so much in a day.”

“My victory is my new shape and size.”

“Look at those triceps, yep thats my body and yep I am building muscle.”

“I can’t believe I didn’t have to stand in the frozen meal section and decide what bland food to eat this week.”

DM me READY if you’re done starting again.

You manage everything. The meetings, the washing, the kids.
And you say you know what to do, you just can’t think.
Then your other half says he will help, he will motivate you...
Then... this happens ☠️😂🤯👇
Something pops up.
You are so motivated, you just haven’t had the support to actually help you.
Ditch your husband’s “motivation”.
You need your own support.

Jenny is 62.
She thought she was doing all the right things.

She exercised. She went to her classes. Her daughter Emma is a trained nutritionist, so she’d had years of good advice right there at the family table.

She still felt bloated, low on energy, and had no confidence going shopping. She had Hashimoto’s, so the weight was harder to shift. And her daughter’s wedding was a year away.

What changed was making it work for her life, in a way she finally understood.

With her coach Katrina, we:

1. Built her base first. More food, fewer classes, 3 to 4 structured weights sessions a week, and less alcohol.
2. Ran a calorie deficit to take the first 3 to 4kg off.
3. Built her back up with strength and muscle.
4. Ran a focused fat loss phase.
5. Kept it working around a full social calendar, weddings included.

In her words: “Emma (her daughter, a nutritionist) has spent years telling me stuff, but your program delivered it in a way that I finally heard it.”

7kg down. More energy, stronger, and a new body composition. And there she is at the wedding, in red, next to her girl.

Thank you Jenny for trusting us. And Coach Kat💪
If you’re doing all the right things and it still isn’t adding up, DM me READY.

You know what I think is one of the coolest things EVER? 🥹❤️

Watching women in their 30’s 40’s 50s, 60s and 70s do things they NEVER believed their bodies were capable of.

Like Lianne running 10km in her 60s.

Or Sam lifting 100kg in her 40s.

But sometimes it isn’t even about achieving something extraordinary.

Sometimes it’s getting up off the floor without struggling, walking up the stairs without getting puffed or simply having the confidence to walk into a gym.

Because what seems like a small achievement to someone else can be life-changing for the woman experiencing it.

And THAT is what I love most about coaching.

It’s not just about losing weight.

It’s about learning new skills, building strength and finally trusting what your body is capable of.

And I wish I could name every single one of our 200+ clients because you ALL deserve celebrating. ❤️

But here’s what I want you to think about.

Imagine if you started today.

Imagine how different you could feel in 12 months.

Now imagine we had this same conversation in a year’s time, but you never started.

Which conversation would you rather have?

Because your age doesn’t determine what you’re capable of.

And sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t what happens to your body.

It’s what happens when you finally start believing in yourself.

You think you’re lazy because you just can’t “do it.”☠️🤯

When the reality is, the brain space you have left to think is limited.👇

I realised this one thing this week. I’m a qualified, registered nutritionist. I’ve coached over 900 women. And after the most intense, soul testing 8 weeks of my life, I almost cried when Carl asked me what I wanted for meals this week.

After you have decided ALL day. Payroll. Kids. BIG business decisions.

Maybe you’re a nurse or a teacher, taking care of someone else all day. Maybe you’re running a whole household. By the time you think, how the hell do I add myself onto this list, there’s nothing left.

You know you should be eating protein. You know you should be exercising. You just don’t have the capacity to sit and work it out anymore, let alone work out IF it’s even going to work.

So I hear you. I see you. You just want someone to tell you:

Hey, eat this. It’s normal food, you’ll hit your protein, and yes, you can eat carbs.

Hey, do these 2 to 3 sessions a week and we’ll work on getting you stronger.

And hey, when you have an awful day, here’s how you pick back up. Until it’s so easy it just becomes who you are.

That’s what having a coach does. It takes the heavy lifting off you. So YOU get the accountability YOU give everyone else, and the brain space back to do all the things you’re amazing at.

One less bag of concrete off your chest.

You’re training. You’re eating less. And nothing is moving.

Every time you ask why, someone blames your age.

Five myths keep women stuck after 40, and she crossed out every one of them.

Women build muscle through menopause and well beyond it. Muscle keeps your metabolism up. It’s where your body stores carbs. Cutting food and adding cardio takes it away.

It’s far from over after 40.

DM Plan and tell me which myth you’ve been told the most.

When Liane came to us in December, she’d never consistently weight trained. Her kids were the ones telling her she needed to. Her goal was to lose belly fat and be fit and healthy, after years of trying without the accountability or the knowledge to get there.

The 10 kg down is the part people notice first.

The cool part is everything else.
Running 10 km on the Gold Coast in the heat.
Eating over 2,200 calories a day.
Weight training 2 to 3 times a week.
Doing things she didn’t think she was capable of.

That’s what fitness gives you. A version of you that you didn’t know was in there.

We started slow. We met her at her minimum effective dose, taught her how to eat enough protein as a vegetarian, and slowly cut back the alcohol. Now running, working out, tracking her food and drinking less “have all become just who I am now.”

Huge thank you to her coach Laura, to Carl for the recipes, and to the whole My Body My Way team.

DM me READY and let’s find out what’s possible for you.
