Started in 2007 under the business name "PERFECTION Personal Training", concentrating on mobile personal training throughout the Sydney area and gym supervision at Ultimo TAFE Campus - Student Association Gymnasium. Director Paul Nomchong attained Certificate III and IV, Senior 1st Aid and a Master Trainer Qualification at the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) St Leonards. Registered with Fitn

ess Australia as a Gym Instructor, Personal, Older Adults and Childrens Trainer, and recognized by the Federation for International Sports, Aerobics & Fitness. To further qualifications recognized by the Australian Government, Paul has also attained Punchfit Trainer (Certificate I) and Punch Pad Instructor (Certificate II) at PUNCH AUSTRALIA - Black Belt Pro Gym, Randwick. At the end of 2010, PERFECTION Personal Training was changed to NOMCHONG Kung Fu & Fitness due to the expansion of Kung Fu classes being taught in Eastwood, Ryde, Pymble and the Army Reserve - Royal NSW Lancers Parramatta. Paul Nomchong has studied martial arts for 30 years and has over 20 years teaching experience. Competing in both National and International Tournaments he has acquired trophies and medals in the categories of fist and weapon forms, point, continuous and full contact fighting. Paul has been studying Chan Family Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu since 1995 and is currently managing the Chinatown Headquarters, running various Kung Fu classes, seminars and teaching traditional southern lion dance. As part of managing the lion dance department he is registered and authorised by WorkCover NSW as a Pyrotechnician for Chinese String Fireworks. In 2012, Paul attained the level of International Master within the Chan Family Wing Sing Tong under the Jeung Mun Yun (Keeper of the Style) Grand Master Chan Yong Fa, the 5th Generation Direct Descendant of Chan Heung, the Founder of Choy Lee Fut. Paul has assisted Grand Master Chan Yong Fa with seminars in Poland and Chile, with up to 250 attendees and personally run seminars in Hawaii.

9th Round of 21 Days Complete 🏃‍♂️ (Day 189)

* A crazy 21 days with Imperial's 7 Year Anniversary Party, to a Blue Mountains Getaway, and a China Seminar.

* Initially, I was worried about finding the time and energy to complete my runs, push ups and pull ups due to the busy seminar schedule of 730am breakfast, 3hr morning session, lunch break, 3hr afternoon session, then dinner.

* BUT, I got up at 6am to do my run, push ups, and pull ups before breakfast.

* I did run at 10pm one day due to a 6am start touring back to the Ancestral Village and demonstrations until 930pm. Crazy indeed, but still got it done.

* No Excuses.

* Only 20mins a day of moderate physical exercise.
* You need to SWEAT but must also be manageable to do it again the next day.
* The combination of Cardio and Resistance exercise is highly recommended.
* Use the 4 S's as a gauge to how hard you should be pushing - Smiling, Sweating, Swearing, Spewing. I recommend the middle two S's.

* Your body was made to MOVE, so you either USE IT or LOSE IT.

"As a 70 year old, I have been doing PT with Paul for nearly one year, and qi gong for half a year. It has helped accelerate my recovery from a mini-stroke a few years ago. * 5:20am Wake Up - 10/10:30pm Bedtime.
* Personal Training from 6am-6pm.
* Kung Fu Classes 4x per week.
* Qigong Classes 4x per week.
* Chinese New Year Lion Dance Season for 2 Weeks (40-50 Performances).
* Amongst all the above, there's business admin, various errands, my own training, domestic chores, cooking, cleaning, etc etc etc

* I still make time EVERY DAY to do my 20min Run, 25 Push Ups and 6 Pull Ups.
* It is a non-negotiable priority.

It's not about "finding" the time, it's about MAKING the time.
