As Diabetes Week continues, we’re highlighting the benefits of staying active.

Diabetes impacts millions of Australians.
More than 300 new diagnoses are made every day, and almost 1.9 million Australians are currently living with diabetes.

Diabetes Australia recommends
- An accumulation of 2.5 to 5 hours of moderate intensity activity each week
Or
- An accumulation of 1.25 to 2.5 of vigorous intensity activity each week

And while blue is always apart of our uniform, this week we’re wearing it with extra meaning to show our support to Diabetes Week. 💙

Today is my last day in the studio before I head off on maternity leave.

A huge thank you to all of my clients for your ongoing support—it means more than you know. I’m so grateful to do what I love with such wonderful people.

Don’t worry though, you’re in great hands while I’m away! My incredible collegues will be here to look after you, and I know they’ll take amazing care of everyone.

One person living in Australia has a heart attack or stroke every 4 minutes. Knowing your risk is the first step to a healthier heart. That’s why the heart foundation wants you to see your GP for a heart health check this Heart week (4-10th may).

Regular Exercise is one one of the most powerful ways to support heart health. Activities such as brisk walking, strength training, swimming or cycling help strengthen the heart muscle, improve circulation, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
