Therapy goals are often most meaningful when they become part of everyday life. 🌿

Whether it’s preparing a meal at home, practising communication at school or building confidence with tasks at work, small, consistent steps can help turn agreed goals into practical progress.

Nurturing Hands Allied Health Assistants support agreed programs under the direction and guidance of partnering Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists or Speech Pathologists. AHAs do not assess or diagnose, and they do not replace the clinicians we work with: they help carry out therapy strategies in familiar settings and routines.

Our mobile service supports a cohesive, goal-focused experience at home, school or work, helping participants make the most of their NDIS or TAC funding. We also welcome private clients.

Nurturing Hands provides mobile Allied Health Assistant support under the direction and guidance of partnering Allied Health Professionals, with services delivered at home, school or work.

Our AHAs support Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology programs in collaboration with the external clinicians we work with. Psychosocial support and counselling are available exclusively via telehealth through partnering external clinicians.

This collaborative model helps keep supports coordinated and focused on your goals, while assisting with the practical use of NDIS or TAC funding in line with your plan and clinical recommendations. We make no promises about eligibility, funding or outcomes.

Support from home can make staying connected feel more manageable.

Nurturing Hands’ psychosocial counselling service is delivered exclusively via telehealth, helping you access sessions from a familiar space with greater flexibility and choice. Counselling is provided by the external clinician you work with, while our Allied Health Assistants can help coordinate practical supports under the direction of partnering Allied Health Professionals.

NDIS and TAC participants, as well as private clients, are welcome. Telehealth can fit more easily around your routine, wherever you feel most comfortable joining your session.

Progress is built through safe, consistent practice. Regular movement activities agreed as part of a participant’s physiotherapy program may help support confidence, strength, mobility and everyday goals over time.

Our Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) deliver agreed programs under the direction and guidance of the partnering Physiotherapist. They do not replace clinical assessment or treatment, and programs should always be followed as recommended by the treating clinician.

Nurturing Hands provides mobile support in the home, school or workplace, helping participants practise within their everyday environments. We support NDIS and TAC participants, as well as private clients, and work collaboratively with families, carers and external Allied Health Professionals.
