Rehabilitation goals are built one step at a time. After an injury, an Allied Health Assistant can support you to practise agreed exercises and everyday tasks at home or school, under the direction and guidance of your partnering Allied Health Professional.

We coordinate with your wider support team to keep sessions connected to your goals and help make the most of your TAC funding. Nurturing Hands employs Allied Health Assistants who deliver supports alongside partnering clinicians. Private clients are welcome too.

Therapy goals are easier to practise when they fit into everyday life.

Your partnering Allied Health Professional sets the therapy programme and clinical goals. A Nurturing Hands Allied Health Assistant helps put them into practice through small, achievable steps as part of familiar routines at home or school. Progress can then be reviewed with you and your support team.

We welcome NDIS and TAC participants, as well as private clients. Our mobile support helps make coordinated therapy part of your day-to-day routine.

Your first hydrotherapy session can be a gentle introduction, not a test. 💧

You’ll have time to get familiar with the warm pool, talk through your agreed goals and try activities at a pace that feels right for you. A Nurturing Hands Allied Health Assistant supports your hydrotherapy programme under the direction and guidance of your partnering physiotherapist. Questions are always welcome, and you can pause or adjust as you go.

Our AHA-led supports are coordinated with your allied health team, including mobile supports at home or school. NDIS and TAC participants, as well as private clients, are welcome.

A Nurturing Hands Allied Health Assistant can support a child or young person to practise agreed therapy goals during the school day, such as handwriting, classroom participation and other everyday learning tasks.

Our AHAs deliver supports under the direction and guidance of the child’s partnering Allied Health Professional, working alongside teachers and family so everyone stays on the same page. This coordinated approach helps connect therapy goals with real-life routines at school and at home.

These supports are delivered under the direction and guidance of the participant’s partnering Occupational Therapist, with collaboration across the support team to help keep skills consistent between appointments.

Our AHAs provide practical, goal-focused support at home or school, helping participants make the most of their NDIS or TAC funding while working towards what matters to them.

This goal-focused approach provides hands-on encouragement while supporting safe, active participation and greater confidence with movement. Our AHAs work collaboratively with participants, families and the wider support team to help make therapy cohesive and meaningful.

Nurturing Hands provides mobile support at home or school, and welcomes NDIS participants, TAC clients and private clients. We help coordinate regular supports while making the most of available funding.
