‘I recently experienced a profound Biofield Attunement sound healing experience with Elisha. I chose Elisha because of her deep sense of self, lived past experience of her own healing journey, the healing resources she has gathered to date and witnessing Elisha’s growth to where she is today.

This deep immersive experience combining her sound medicine, vocal activation and bowen therapy became a co-creative nervous system recalibration, opening cathartic personal images for me to journal that were poignant, layered and continued for days revealing deep insights and releasing triggers held for many years, cleared.

Plasma fields singing up a storm!!

One of the rarest event on Earth that's we still can't explain, recorded over France.
For over a century, pilots swore they saw red light leap above storms. Scientists called it imagination — until 1989, when a camera caught one by accident.
They bloom 50 miles up, last a few milliseconds, and have been firing above thunderstorms for all of human history.
We just never looked high enough.

‘The Heart Womb’ … from Earths clay to Heart song…

such a wonder inspiring process to feel Her clay revealing it’s shape, informed by the process of my heart seeking meaning amongst tears. A chapter so contrasting in both the joy and struggles.

This week temporarily Lost in self-abandoning stories in a familiar moment of surrendering to nature so I could feel my feelings while Luca climbed red and white clay banks, and slopped gorgeous clay all over himself… my ever present ‘nature nanny’.

Thank you for your heart tending and nature nannying Washies… wish I knew your true name.

I definitely feel her song.

She sang to me of all the places I wasn’t showing up for myself.

Where all the ways I subconsciously keep ‘proving’ my worthiness is actually self abandonment of lil me.

So we made a new friendship pact, me n little Leesh.

That no matter what… I love you anyway. I believe you. I got you. The Heart-led world I believe is underway… that my Soul is dreamseeding, begins with me.

Rebirthed through the Heart Womb.

Grief can be heavy. And sneaky in its infinite forms, and disguises. It might even hide from fear of self pity, denying your deservedness to be allowed to call it by its name. There is grief in a solo parenting journey. I’m sure in any parenting journey.

And so much beauty. So much complexity and simplicity. Preciousness and survival.

It will eventually change shape. Become the clay of your life. And maybe even have a chuckle with you when the time is right.

This intuitive piece is called ’Womb of the Heart’

And e-merrrrrged through the songlines of my heart, shattering into more complete self-care & wholeness, exactly… as I am, with the felt sensation of the Universe delivering sonic remembering.

This one felt like the energy flowing through the sounds and frequencies of Grandmothers and Grandfathers of Earth and Stars gathered around the village HearTh, tending through story and song, reminding, attuning:

Singing to sooth the parts that deserve my own tenderness, that still get ‘hoodwinked’ by less than ‘innately-cosmic’ internal stories.

Singing to the watets of the womb, witnessing the world birthing in perfect timing, as deepening sensitivity becomes fully self holding, and self aware.

Singing to reassure that this whole human-ing ‘thing’ is actually becoming more kind, as I learns to be kinder to myself.

Singing to remind the parts that default to ‘what am I doing wrong, why am I here, what is this crazy-beautiful life for?’

… that no matter what, and even if I’m wrong, I got you babe. There’s nothing you can do to lose this love. I got you, always and forever.

Singing to celebrate the quiet steady pulse of life blood that is remembering the living language of spirit that we are made of, that is literally speaking through the waters of cells, clouds and morning dew.

Deepest reverence and honour to the wonderful magical Souls I get to Journey this 12 Weeks with, whose heart frequency, Song and Soul Resonance amplifies and distributes our sound and intention like a conduit of mycelial networks, through our group Heart, individual resonance and presence…

through the living waters of bodies and minds, family, communities and into the heartbeat of the world.

You are my Wednesday calibration, and Remembrance of the beautifully shifting shape of our humanity.
