✨ In almost every session, the Spirit Guides repeat the same message: “Keep your vibration as high as you can.”
They know life on Earth can be heavy and challenging, so they always give simple tools to help us stay lifted. Here are the things they suggest most often.
Vibrations are the subtle energies around us ,in our thoughts, feelings, and even the physical world. When our vibrations are high and positive, we feel more balanced, calm, and connected. And we can raise our vibration on purpose.
First, try to guide your mind toward positive things. Instead of focusing on problems, notice what feels good , small joys, kind moments, little blessings. Positive thoughts bring more positive energy.
Meditation is another simple tool. Sitting quietly, imagining something peaceful, or repeating calming words all help your mind settle and your energy rise.
Gratitude is also a powerful practice. When you think each day about something you’re thankful for even something very small , your whole outlook becomes lighter.
Spending time in nature raises your vibration naturally. Fresh air, trees, the sky, water ,nature always helps us feel clearer and more grounded.
Doing what you love is important too. When you enjoy your hobbies or passions, your vibration lifts on its own. Joy is high-frequency energy.
And of course, take care of your body. Rest, movement, healthy food, water ,when your body feels supported, your energy field becomes stronger.
Raising your vibration is a gentle daily practice. Small steps, done with intention, create big changes over time.
