It’s officially the first day of winter ❄️ ❄️ The change in season is certainly evident in the temperature of the plunge pool lately.. What used to be a balmy 25 degrees in summer feels almost like an ice bath now 😅
No complaints here though! A little hot/cold therapy is a great way to boost natural immunity and general wellbeing throughout winter.

Over the last 2 years our son Frazer has written, directed, starred in, edited and produced his own short film. Thus far he has financed everything himself, and now we are throwing a premier screening/fundraiser to support him with entering it into as many Short Film Festivals as possible.
