Restore has evolved so much since we first dreamed it up.
We’ve intentionally designed this retreat to blend learning, rest and genuine connection, creating an experience that supports you while you’re here and gives you practical tools to continue caring for yourself long after you return home.
With five spaces now remaining, we thought we’d share a little more about what you can expect across the weekend.
Learning to Listen ||
This workshop is about developing sensitivity, and slowing down enough to notice what’s already there.
Through presence, breath, Qi cultivation and experiential practices, we’ll explore how the body communicates, how our presence influences others, and how awareness can become one of our greatest resources.
Self-Care Through Chinese Medicine ||
Practical tools you can take home.
We’ll introduce simple techniques including ear seeds, acupressure and gua sha, while sharing the principles behind them so you feel confident supporting sleep, stress, digestion and tension in your own everyday life.
Woven ||
Our signature group experience.
Blending acupuncture, kinesiology and subtle energy practices, Woven creates a shared space for reflection, regulation and connection. Every experience is different, responding to the people in the room and what is ready to unfold.
Morning Ritual & Movement ||
Every morning begins with intention. We’ll gather for cacao in silence, creating space to journal, meditate or simply enjoy a slower start to the day before moving into gentle yoga, Qi Gong or mindful movement.
These rituals are an invitation to settle your nervous system, reconnect with your body and begin each day from a place of presence.
Create & Connect ||
A relaxed afternoon of creativity and conversation. As you create your own personalised keepsake, we’ll share stories, ask questions and explore the experiences, relationships and life themes that are most present for each of us.
Massage ||
One of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves is the opportunity to simply receive. Every guest will enjoy a one-hour massage during their stay, creating space to soften, unwind and reconnect with their body. It’s a chance to slow down,
