To every man and every woman out there,
remember this:

No one has ever walked your path.
No one has climbed your mountains, burned through your fires, or crossed the waters you had to cross to become who you are today.

Only you know what it took to still be standing here now.

The moments you broke.
The moments you doubted yourself.
The moments you thought you would never rise again…
and yet you still did.

So celebrate yourself.
Celebrate yourself for where you are in this moment, here now.

Because this moment matters.
Your breath matters.
Your presence matters.

And never, ever apologize for what you are.

Never apologize for your truth, your sensitivity, your fire, your authenticity, or the depth of your soul.

You have silenced yourself too many times just to make others comfortable.
But all the battles you walked through were guiding you back to this moment:
the moment where you finally stand as yourself.

Authentic.
Open.
Truthful.

And whoever cannot hear your truth can simply walk their own path.

Because you no longer need to shrink yourself.
You no longer need to explain yourself.

You simply embrace yourself.
Honor yourself.
Celebrate yourself.

Not because life was easy,
but because despite everything…
you are still here. ✨

Food is not only food.
It is frequency.
It is relationship.
It is discernment.

I was raised in a culture where food was sacred.
Vegetables from the garden.
Eggs from the paddock.
Meals made slowly with care, presence, and love.

My mother always said:

The most important ingredient is the love you put into it.

And over time, I understood why some food feels alive and some feels empty.

Because everything carries energy.

Who grew it?
Who touched it?
Who cooked it?
What emotion was inside the hands preparing it?

And then comes us.

How do we receive it?
How present are we while eating it?
What energy are we bringing into our own body?

And yes sometimes I eat food and I simply don’t like it.
And I honour that too.

This is not about pretending everything is good.
It is about truth.

Sometimes I bless the food and change the frequency of the moment through my own presence.
Sometimes I stop eating and leave it.

Because the more aligned we become with ourselves, the more we attract what truly nourishes us.

Now I choose:
where I eat,
who I eat with,
what energy I surround myself with.

If something feels right, I stay.
If it doesn’t, I listen.

Not from judgment.
From discernment.

For too long we were taught to betray ourselves:
Finish your plate.
Be polite.
Don’t disappoint others.
Tolerate what doesn’t feel right.

But the body always knows.

And this is not only about food.

It is about relationships.
Places.
Conversations.
Choices.
Life itself.

Can you fully be yourself there?
Can you breathe there?
Can you express your truth there?

Does it feel fully aligned or only partially?

Because discernment is self-respect.

And yes, sometimes old patterns return to pull us away from ourselves.
The wound speaks loudly.

But the invitation is to stay centered long enough to ask:

“Is this coming from fear… or from truth?”

The way we eat is often the way we live.

So next time you sit in front of a meal, a relationship, or a choice…

Pause.
Feel it.
Listen.

Does this truly nourish me?

The Dragon and the Phoenix are not separate from us.
They are ancient mirrors of what existence is constantly doing through us.

The Dragon is the guardian of the zero point.
The sacred center.
Where illusion falls away, identities dissolve, and what no longer serves releases itself.

Not through punishment.
Through truth.

It burns through distortion, attachment, inherited beliefs, old wounds and unconscious patterns bringing us back to the still point within ourselves.

The place untouched by fear, performance, trauma, shadow or light.

And then comes the Phoenix.

The Phoenix is the rebirth that naturally follows surrender.
It rises from the ashes of old versions of self not once, but continually.

Breathing.
Burning.
Becoming.
Again and again.

Each return brings us closer to our original blueprint the frequency of what we are beneath conditioning.

Perhaps this is the meaning of existence:

To release what no longer fits,
and awaken into deeper authenticity.

Nature already shows us this.

The tree lets its leaves fall.
The fruit returns to the earth.
What returns nourishes the roots, and life rises again.

Nothing in existence resists transformation.
Except the part of us that fears change in a universe built on movement.

We are not meant to stay fixed.
We are meant to evolve in consciousness.

Every encounter changes us.
Every grief reshapes us.
Every love opens us.
Every ending begins something new.

The Dragon resets us.
The Phoenix renews us.

And between them, we learn to walk the middle path.

Not in darkness.
Not in light.
But in the center of being where all opposites meet without conflict.

The zero point within us remembers:

We are not here to choose sides, identities, or beliefs as absolute truth.
We are here to remain aware through all movement without becoming lost in it.

Perhaps awakening is not escaping existence.

Perhaps it is learning to move consciously through the eternal cycle of release and rebirth while staying connected to the quiet center where everything meets as One.

Remembering the Mother Within All Things

Motherhood is more than raising children. It is the silent architecture of life itself.

Mother is not only the one who gives birth.Mother is the force that holds existence together.

The Divine Mother exists in the rivers, in the earth, in the breath of the trees, in the way animals protect their young, in the hands that comfort, guide, nourish, and heal.

She lives in those who nurture life with presence and consciousness. In those who listen deeply. In those who hold space for transformation. In those who bring softness into a world that often forgets tenderness.

A mother gives us our first experience of connection, safety, emotion, and belonging. But mother energy goes beyond biology. It is ancient. It is the intelligence of creation itself.

Not owned by gender. Not limited to birth.

Some mother through children. Some through healing. Some through art, community, nature, animals, or protecting the human spirit.

Motherhood is not perfection. It is devotion. It is loving while healing yourself. It is carrying generations through both strength and vulnerability.

The Divine Mother lives wherever life is honoured.

And perhaps humanity heals the moment we remember that we are not separate from Her, from nature, from each other, or from the living heart that created us all.

Because without the mother, there is no remembrance of love.

love.

I’ve realized after nearly 30 years as a Galactic Doula, quantum healer, shamanic practitioner, and body worker that the stories we live are often not new stories.

Different people.
Different timelines.
Different scenery.
Different tribes.

But the same energetic imprint returning to consciousness to be seen, felt, and released.

What we attract is often not punishment it is an invitation to awareness.

The victim may learn they are no longer powerless.
The perpetrator may realize their pain created the role they played.
The rescuer may learn they do not need to save everyone to be loved.
The abandoned one may discover they were never truly disconnected from themselves.

As we awaken, we stop identifying with the story and begin observing it.

And from that awareness choice is born.

Sometimes healing is no longer reacting.
Sometimes healing is silence.
Sometimes healing is simply witnessing the pattern without feeding it anymore.

We are not here to remain trapped in old imprints.

We are here to remember that we are infinite beings capable of creating new realities beyond unconscious repetition.

And maybe freedom begins the moment we say
“This story is no longer who I am.”

The more we release old karmic imprints, trauma loops, survival patterns, and inherited conditioning… the more we return to our authentic self.

And the more aware we become.

Our senses sharpen. Our intuition deepens. Our body feels everything more clearly.

Before, we unconsciously absorbed other people’s emotions, chaos, and wounds.Their nervous systems activated ours.Their pain triggered unresolved pain within us.

And because the body recognised those familiar patterns, we repeated the same loops again and again.

But as consciousness expands, something shifts.

We still feel deeply but we are no longer consumed by what doesn’t belong to us.

We can witness energy without becoming trapped inside it.

Yes, sometimes old imprints still move through the body.Triggers can arise. The nervous system can react.

But it no longer holds us the same way.

It moves through because awareness is now present.

The body may remember but the soul no longer lives there.

Awakening not as a concept, but as something lived.

I’ve had five major openings in my life.

Not gentle.
Not gradual.

All at once.

No separation.
No “me” and “other.”

Just one field of awareness.

But the real work was never the experience.

It was what came after.

Years of integration.
Releasing layers.
Letting go of what wasn’t truly me.

Awakening isn’t about becoming something new.

It’s about returning
to who you are underneath it all.

Everything changed in my mid-40s.

The most intense opening…
but this time, I stayed in my body.

And for the first time,
I felt divine love within me not outside.

Since then, the path is simple:

Stay.
Feel.
Let it move.

You still feel everything
anger, pain, joy, love…

But it doesn’t stick the same way.

It moves through.

Awakening is not just waking up.

It’s:
• integrating
• cleaning up
• growing up

It’s being fully here
in the body
in life

while remembering you are infinite.

And maybe the most important part:

Learning to love yourself
in whatever you’re experiencing
with as little judgment as possible.

12/04/2026

What we often call a lifetime is really a continuous unfolding of awareness learning how to meet itself.

Pain and joy are not opposites, but movements within the same living field of experience. They are ways life reveals its own depth, not labels of who we are. What feels heavy and what feels light are both part of the same flow, each arriving to be felt, not fixed.

Over time, something softens. We stop dividing life into what should be kept and what should be rejected. We begin to see that everything is moving emotions, identity, meaning, even the sense of “me.” Nothing stays still long enough to be owned.

From here, a different way of being becomes possible. We can feel deeply without turning feeling into identity. We can love without needing to hold. We can experience change without turning it into fear.

Love, in this space, becomes presence. Not possession. Not attachment. But the simple ability to meet another being while they are becoming, just as we are becoming. There is more honesty in this, and less grasping.

Even identity begins to loosen. It becomes something we live through, not something we are trapped inside. A passing shape of consciousness, not a fixed definition.

And what remains is not something we carry but something we are aware of. A steady openness in which everything can arise, move, and dissolve again.

Life is no longer something to hold.
It is something to be with.

There are tears. and then there are the sacred ones.

The tears of remembrance. The tears of knowing.

They don’t come from the mind. They rise from somewhere deeper a place untouched, ancient, pure.

These tears arrive when truth is felt, not explained.

When something inside you whispers,“Yes this is real.”

They carry no chaos, no story, no confusion only clarity.Only presence.

Like a quiet recognitionof who you have always been.

In those moments, you are not breaking

You are remembering.

Remembering your softness.Your depth.Your vast, silent wisdom.

These tears are sacred becausethey ask for nothing.

They simply flowas a blessing,as a return,as a gentle awakening within your own body.

If they come…honour them.

For they are the water of your soultouching truth.

And that…is the purest knowing of all.

03/04/2026

For thousands of years, we’ve walked the same loop, meeting ourselves through the mirror of others, through pain, through shadow.

The teaching of Yeshua was resurrection not of leaving life, but of awakening within.

We’ve carried the cross of our wounds, faced duality, and fought battles within and without. Yet there comes a moment when we are ready:

Ready to see.
Ready to understand.
Ready to choose differently.

We step down from the cross not denying shadow, but honoring it as teacher. Thanking it for showing us how we love, protect, and hurt.

This is the resurrection within:
Where shadow and light no longer fight,
Where we fully feel life without attachment,
Flowing from one moment to the next.

We expand into the earth, the universe, the infinite field of possibilities fully human, fully present.

We integrate everything we’ve been. The wheel slows. The loop softens. And for the first time, we choose:

To walk into Christ consciousness,
To embody resurrection,
To live fully in this sacred body, our temple.
