🎣 Noosa Fishing Charter Adventure! 🌊

What a fantastic day out in Noosa for Graham and Jason, who enjoyed an amazing fishing charter alongside our wonderful Support Workers, Liz and Caitlin.

There were plenty of smiles, fresh sea air, great company, and memories made out on the water. Community experiences like these are a great way to build confidence, encourage social connections, and most importantly, have fun!

We love seeing our participants getting out, trying new experiences, and making the most of every opportunity.

🎶🎷 Jumping into the rhythm at Warwick Jumpers & Jazz! 💙

What a fantastic day our clients had attending the Warwick Jumpers & Jazz Festival! From exploring the beautifully decorated trees and enjoying the live music to sharing plenty of laughs along the way, it was a wonderful opportunity to get out in the community and create lasting memories.

Community access is about more than just getting out of the house—it's about building confidence, making connections, experiencing new things, and enjoying life to the fullest.

A big thank you to our amazing support workers for making the day so enjoyable. We love seeing our clients achieving their goals while having so much fun! 💙

Our AWZ Group Days are designed to help participants achieve their goals while enjoying meaningful experiences alongside others.

🩷 Wednesdays | 9:00am – 3:00pm Our Dalby-based group day focuses on building independence, developing social skills, exploring our local community and creating genuine friendships in a welcoming environment.

🌿 Fridays | 9:00am – 3:00pm Adventure awaits! Fridays are all about exciting outings, exploring new places, creating lasting memories and enjoying everything our wider community has to offer.

At AWZ, every group day is centred around our participants—their goals, their interests and their success. We also offer ratio support on our group days to help ensure your NDIS funding goes as far as possible.
