A rare Saturday at Zen Within

Zen Within is holding a Community Care Day on Saturday 3 October, and I’ll be joining Renae by opening a limited number of 1:1 appointments.

I very rarely offer sessions on a Saturday, so whether you have a little more freedom during the school holidays or usually struggle to fit an appointment around your 9 to 5, this might work beautifully.

And because I know opportunities for self-care can be hard to come by, I’m offering a little incentive to help make it easier.

As part of Community Care Day, all of my 1:1 sessions are 10% off, because you matter just as much as everyone else you make time for.

SOULFUL ALCHEMY was everything we envisioned. From the moment the idea was created, the energy was in motion.

We all return with hearts full, and Laetitia Storey Holistic Support & Energy Work and I are already planning our next container.

Back from our Eagle Bay retreat today.

I always have deep gratitude and admiration for those who retreat with us - it's an honour to share the laughter,
tears, honesty, connection and
everything in between.

Nature didn't disappoint in its role as
our third facilitator as we worked
with the elements to create our very own Alchemy.

Whilst we were there, I wished that I could find more wild flowers at home......
and when I arrived home I stumbled upon this.... Rooted to the earth, a symbol of love and feminitity - and a representation of renewal and growth 💗
