Our next Cacao Journey happens

and yes, this is a space for men too.

so if there’s a man in your life

My husband said something to me this morning that made me think, THIS is exactly why we're doing Rise & Align.

He'd pulled a Louise Hay card at my cacao journey on Sunday and was still thinking about it days later — which is unusual for him, so obviously something had landed. 😂

He said, "I'm really trying to focus on this message, but I just don't know how to do what it says."

My response?

Don't look at the big picture.

What's ONE small thing you could do this week that moves you towards it?

Maybe next week there's another.

And another.

Sometimes the next step is simply the step before the step.

That's a big part of what Rise & Align - A guided experience for women ready to explore what's next..... is about.

Getting curious about what you want, without needing to know exactly how you're going to get there.

And finding one small step that actually feels possible. 💛
