Could your eating habits be contributing to increased hair shedding?

Hair shedding is rarely caused by one individual food. However, consistently undereating, missing key nutrients or consuming excessive amounts of certain nutrients may disrupt the normal hair-growth cycle.

The tricky part? Hair shedding can become noticeable weeks or even months after the original trigger, making the cause difficult to identify.
