If I were introducing you to someone new, I’d probably say:
Christine is someone who is curious, energetic and genuinely interested in understanding how things work—especially when it comes to health and people. She’s not someone who is happy just accepting “because that’s the way it’s done.” She likes to question things, dig deeper, learn for herself and then make her own informed decisions.
She’s built a really interesting mix of experience around iridology, sclerology, holistic health and lymphatic health, and she’s passionate about helping people—particularly women—take more ownership of their health. She has a strong belief that people deserve to understand what is happening in their bodies rather than simply being told what to do.
But she’s not all health and seriousness. 😂 Christine has a fun, adventurous side too. She loves travel, experiences, good food, getting together with people and making memories. She’s the sort of person who can be planning a trip, researching the best deal on something, organising dinner for everyone and simultaneously going down a rabbit hole about some obscure health topic.
She’s also very capable and independent—sometimes probably too independent. She tends to think, “It’s easier if I just do it myself,” because she doesn’t want to inconvenience other people. She has a strong sense of responsibility and likes things done properly.
She’s ambitious too. She’s continually learning and looking for the next level, whether that’s professionally, personally or in her understanding of health. And she has a pretty strong bu****it detector—if something doesn’t make sense to her, she’ll question it.
At her best, I’d describe her as warm, determined, practical, adventurous, funny, curious and genuinely caring.
And perhaps the thing that stands out most is that she isn’t really interested in just talking about living a good life. She wants to actually experience it—to be healthy enough, present enough and brave enough to enjoy the life she’s worked hard to create.
