While I’m not currently in a weight loss phase, I still love following a meal plan and I use for the structure it gives me πŸ™Œ

It takes the guesswork out of my day and encourages me to make more nutritious choices instead of reaching for whatever’s easiest. It also helps me stay on track with my health goals without having to think about every meal βœ…

And as you can probably tell, while I’m pretty basic when it comes to food πŸ˜‚, there really is something for everyone. The app has over 9,000 recipes built in, and you can customise your preferences, likes, dislikes, dietary requirements and more.

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, or simply eating better, equ tailors your plan to suit you πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

If you’re looking for some structure too, you can use my code SALLY40 for 40% off 1, 3 and 6 month plans AD

Have you tried meal planning before or are you more a wing-it kind of person? πŸ’š LMK in the comments ⬇️

I had to πŸ˜…πŸŠπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ But also this is a pretty good pace for me for open water πŸ’…πŸ»

Wearing ofc

Normal underwear, but designed smarter for real life ✨

are everyday un**es made for discharge, with a hidden merino liner that’s breathable, moisture-wicking, and incredibly comfortable. I love the patterned gusset (no stressing over every little mark), the handy hidden pocket, and the matching bralettes are genuinely some of the comfiest I’ve worn ❀️

Because discharge is completely normal β€” and having underwear designed with that in mind just makes sense 🀍

Plus, you can use code SALLY15 for 15% off, but not for long! ✨

Head to their website to shop πŸ›οΈ

Sometimes you think you’re not making any progress and then you look back and realise you have πŸ₯°

Felt pretty good during this race, I did have a bit of a stitch during the ride but must have been because I was going hard and it was my fastest 20km ever πŸ₯³ Thankfully it went away as soon as I started the run πŸ‘πŸΌ

Although it’s not my times where I noticed the most improvement, it’s my recovery. I feel like my body is finally getting used being mediocre at 3 sports, instead of me trying to be good at one πŸ˜‚ I wasn’t really that tired yesterday afterwards, and didn’t have much soreness at all today (the day after the race) πŸŠπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸš΄πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
I will try and work on my race nutrition and fueling on the bike though as I only had one gel for this race and probably could have tried to get 2 in ✍🏻

Triathlon will always be just a hobby for me and for fun. But I’ve defintely improved and keen to see where I’ll be in another year from now 😁

Also shoutout to our amazing DTC photographer as this was her last time taking pics for us πŸ™ŒπŸΌ so grateful to have these memories to look back on πŸ“Έ

My happy place πŸ₯°πŸŠπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I am LOVING my Black Predator goggles at the moment. They haven’t leaked or fogged up at all and I think I’ve worn them for my last 10ish swims or so πŸ₯³

This one deserved a spot on the feed too. Determined to get a new PB before the year is out 😬

P.S. remember not to compare yourself to anyone… this is just here to give myself a rev up πŸ˜…πŸ’¨

I made it to the Starting Line πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ₯³

AND also made it to the finish line!!! 🏁

I just completed the Starting Line Program with which is 8 weeks of Triathlon Training to get you ready for your first race. It’s about building foundations and starting out with smaller distances to gain fitness, ability and confidence 🌟

I really enjoyed it and raced the DTC Kerran Mudgway Club Champs with my local club which is the best πŸ₯°

I chose to do the shorter distance which involved and 500m swim, 15km ride and 4km run. I was hoping to complete it in 1hr15mins not including transition and here’s how I went ⬇️

Swim: 10:22 pace 2:04/100m
Ride: 36:15 speed 24.8 km/h
Run: 23:29 pace 5:54min/km

I finished the whole race (including transitions) 1:12:49 and got 1st in my age group πŸ™ŒπŸΌ (but let’s not talk about how many people were in my age group πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)

So if you’re thinking about doing your first triathlon, sign up to the Starting Line Program on the AUS Triathlon website… and it’s free 😁

Also a HUGE thankyou to for videography and cheering… It really helped πŸ™ŒπŸΌ go give him a follow if you want more triathlon content 😁

I have now completed the Starting Line Program with and made it to both the Starting AND Finish line of my triathlon event, finishing faster than what my finish time goal was πŸ₯³

It’s a free 8 week program to get you ready for your first triathlon. You don’t have to go from zero to an Ironman straight away because Triathlon is such a diverse sport and there’s HEAPS of different distances on offer 😁

You can sign up for the program on their website, I really enjoyed it. Now I just need to decide what my next event will be πŸŠπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸš΄πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

See you at the Starting Line πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
